Area Sales Manager - Medical / Aesthetic Lasers (Tennessee, Mississippi, & Alabama)

Fotona is seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to prospect and develop new Medical/Aesthetic customers in the Nashville area (Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama). The role involves high-volume cold calling, identifying decision-makers, and presenting Fotona's products to potential customers. Competitive compensation, growth opportunities, and ongoing education are key aspects of this position.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in outbound business-to-business sales experience in the Aesthetic industry
• Aesthetic Capital Equipment, Durable Medical Equipment, and/or Medical Device sales experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to develop qualified appointments
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
• Excellent phone, written, and in-person sales and communication skills
• Strong passion for prospecting
• Basic MS Office Suite and computer/internet skills for communications and research
• Experience using CRM tools, Salesforce preferred
• Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Drive within the territory
• Ability to travel overnight (30%)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
