Senior Product Manager, Credit Risk & Strategy

Forward Financing is a financial technology company seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the optimization and integration of its third-party decision engine with its proprietary core applications. The role will own complex projects within the decisioning space, ensuring capabilities are world-class, compliant, and seamlessly integrated into the business workflow.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in FinTech, lending, or a high-growth financial services environment.
• 2+ years of direct experience managing and optimizing a decision engine within a lending context.
• Solid understanding of the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) or Revenue Based Financing lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience with API integrations and managing complex data flows between disparate systems.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of using data to define product strategy and measure results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
