- Fundamental experience in (digital) sales in the media and subscription industry
- Outstanding analytical skills combined with innovation enthusiasm and creativity
- Knowledge of the introduction or application of CRM solutions
- Excellent organizational and communication skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Cooperative and value-oriented leadership style
- German language skills on a native level (target group DACH)
