Group Facilitator

The Group Facilitator will conduct evidence-based workforce readiness workshops, assess work readiness skills of participants, and provide administrative support in the Harlem, Bronx, and Long Island City office locations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of professional experience training, counseling, providing workforce development services, or instruction
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Experience with job readiness and/or cognitive behavioral curricula facilitation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Familiarity with the Fair Chance Act a plus
