Case Manager

The Case Manager is responsible for completing client intakes, managing a caseload, and providing group facilitation when needed. The role includes duties aligned with Fortune Society’s Mentor/Credible Messenger model, serving as a positive role model and leveraging lived experience and community credibility to build trust and support participants in achieving personal and legal goals.

Requirements

• One year of case management experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED/HSE required
• Experience and commitment to working with mandated participants with criminal justice involvement
• Strong Time Management Skills
• Strong Microsoft Office and database entry skills
• Strong assessment and engagement skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Facilitating group sessions
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Lived experience with the criminal justice system and/or history of community engagement is strongly valued
