Fence Installer-Leadman (Fortress)

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Fence Installer (Leadman) to join our construction team for large-scale solar energy projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fence installation, preferably on utility-scale or commercial construction sites.
• Familiarity with ASTM F1043 Class 1C and SSPWC (“Green Book”) standards.
• Ability to read construction drawings and follow technical specifications.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, working outdoors in varying weather, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
