Requirements

• Ability to operate industrial painting equipment
• Ability to use appropriate measuring instruments to the task
• Ability to interface with other departments to accomplish tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S principles
• Communicate proactively and escalate any material shortage, quality, and process issues
• Perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Complete Quality Checklists
• Participate in department Daily Startup Meetings
• Comply with and participate in maintaining standardized work instructions
• Working ability to follow and apply all applicable PPE and safety requirements

Benefits

• Base hourly rate of $19.00
• 10% premium for night shifts
