Mechanical Engineer

FORTNA partners with the world's leading brands to transform omnichannel and parcel distribution operations. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead and support multiple project efforts for our clients.

Requirements

• Supporting projects in the Operations Design/Solutions Development phase and their transition into the Detail Design/Implementation phase.
• Leading one and supporting multiple projects throughout the Integrated Detail Design (IDD) and Implementation phases.
• Leading all required portions of a project through the requirements engineering and final engineering (implementation) processes.
• Taking ownership of all responsibilities of a project to ensure success.
• Exploring and supporting trade-offs of alternative concepts and leading or supporting alternative analysis justification to drive to the best design during all phases of a project.
• Demonstrating leadership qualities and providing proactive communications regarding project status updates and assignments.
• Attending project meetings and Client meetings as required by project cadence and providing meeting minutes to team members.

Benefits

• Base salary range: $66,100 to $99,200
• Travel requirements: up to 10-20% travel to various job site locations, trade shows, and offices
