Job Description
FORTNA is looking for an Electrical Engineering Supervisor to lead and manage an internal team within the Electrical Engineering group. The successful candidate will create a collaborative team environment, set clear goals, and coach/mentor Associates to deliver engineering projects.
Requirements
- Leadership and management experience
- 4-7 years of relevant experience or 8+ years with a 2-year degree
- Strong management and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of MS Project and MS Office
- Ability to work in a virtual environment
- Flexible and approachable
- Ability to self-motivate
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
