Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team at Fluke Health Solutions. This role is critical in designing and developing advanced electrical systems for biomedical test equipment, radiation measurement, and dosimetry solutions.

Requirements

• Lead electrical design and development for new and existing complex electro mechanical products, from concept to mass production.
• Architect and implement complex analog and digital circuits for embedded systems or other electrical systems.
• Develop schematics, guide PCB layout, and oversee board bring-up, testing, and debugging.
• Perform design reviews, risk assessments, and trade-off analyses to optimize performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with mechanical and firmware engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
• Author and maintain design documentation including schematics, BOMs, wiring diagrams, and test protocols.
• Drive compliance with medical device standards (IEC60601-1, IEC61010, ISO13485, FDA 21 CFR 820).
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.
• Support manufacturing with test fixture design, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Engage with suppliers and external partners for component selection and design validation.
