The Production Assembler/Operator is responsible for performing specialized assembly tasks related to the manufacturing of wire‐wound resistors, resistor networks, and hybrid electronic assemblies.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to accurately distinguish and match colors
- Basic mathematical proficiency
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong manual dexterity with the ability to perform fine, detailed work and inspections
- Reliable, consistent attendance
- Self‐motivated with the ability to work independently once trained
- Commitment to producing high‐quality components
- Proficiency using a Windows‐based PC
- Ability to work collaboratively toward shared goals
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without becoming overwhelmed
