Parkwest Casino is looking to hire a security guard to provide a safe work environment by ensuring the security of the casino, employees, and guests. A successful Security Guard will possess keen observation skills and understand the basic card room games while demonstrating a high level of customer service to various personality types from multiple cultures.
Requirements
- Valid BSIS guard card
- Ability to operate a surveillance system quickly and effectively
- Ability to write an accurate detailed report
- Ability to count chips with a limited number of mistakes
- Guest service skills
- Open availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Must be 21 years old
- Must possess a valid California Guard Card
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a current California gambling establishment employee permit, badge, or license
- Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background, and credit check
