Parkwest Casino is looking for an experienced Overnight Kitchen Cleaner to clean and sanitize all kitchen and restaurant areas. The qualified candidate will assist in keeping the Casino and Restaurants clean.
Requirements
- Cleans and maintains floor mats and degreaser
- Ensures drains are properly cleaned and maintained
- Wash, degrease and scrub all floors
- Cleans all exhaust hoods and removable vents
- Keeps all stoves, oven, salamanders, grills and fryers clean
- Thoroughly wash, sanitizes and polishes all stainless-steel equipment and countertops
- Operates dishwashing machine
- Perform kitchen washing services
- Represents Parkwest Bicycle Casino well in all contacts
- Maintains cultural sensitivity at all times
