Countroom Cashier (BELL GARDENS, CA. 90201)

Parkwest Casino is looking for a Countroom Cashier to assist in the operation of the Countroom and work closely with the Security Department. The role involves counting money, performing Cage Chip runs, and ensuring the security of the Countroom.

Requirements

• Responsible for the accuracy and security of the counts in the Drop Box.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals.
• Performs Cage Chip runs to Satellite, Pavilion, Gold Room and Pai Gow windows.
• Ensures that the security of the Countroom is maintained at all times.
• Performs shredding when assigned by a Cage Supervisor.
• Collects racks for the count at the beginning of the shift or as needed.
• Monitors equipment needs of the Countroom and recommends repair or replacement as necessary.
• Ensures that work area is maintained in a safe work environment.
• Must be available to work any shift including weekends, holidays, on call and overtime when needed.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.
