The role involves assisting with the community's goals, ensuring resident care and service excellence, and maintaining the community's facility and operations. The position focuses on financial assistance, reporting, and adhering to Fortis Properties Management policies.
Requirements
- Assist in achieving budget and annual budget plans.
- Advise Maintenance Supervisor on supply levels and equipment.
- Walk the community daily, noting needed repairs and assisting with maintenance.
- Provide same-day services on work orders.
- Perform on-call duties in an emergency.
