Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the total on-site maintenance of the assigned Community. The role involves working alongside a team of leasing agents and maintenance technicians, under the direction of the Community Manager. Key responsibilities include achieving budgeted maintenance expenses, ensuring the physical condition of the community, and providing superior customer service.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 2-3 years prior property maintenance experience or related field
- 1 year supervisory experience
- HVAC Certification
- General property operations
- Certification and/or proven aptitude in the repair of HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Pool care and/or CPO license where applicable
- Equipment/Irrigation and Electronic Access Gate repair
- Strong communication skills both orally and written
- Good decision making ability
- Professional image
- Leadership skills
