Job Description
Fortis Games is looking for a Senior Research Analyst to join their Early Market Validation team. The successful candidate will conduct and present comprehensive research to understand target audiences and their preferences, and will be part of a seasoned team of accomplished talent who have left an impactful mark in their disciplines, both in and out of gaming.
Requirements
- Passionate about gaming with relevant experience in the interactive entertainment or gaming industry.
- Skilled in mixed models, with a focus on consumer research that informs decision-making, driving actionable insights
- Strong communication skills, adept in storytelling and presentations to convey research insights effectively.
- Proficient in quantitative and qualitative research methods, with exceptional survey design skills.
- Experience with user research tools (e.g., usertesting.com, playtestcloud.com) is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, G-suite, and familiar with data visualization tools like Looker.
- Knowledge of data manipulation and statistical analysis software (SPSS, SAS, or similar).
- Degree in psychology, HCI, social sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English.
