Senior Technical Support Specialist

Fortinet is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join the Atlanta, Georgia team. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer and technical support for Fortinet's products, especially FortiGate, by troubleshooting, escalating issues, and improving customer experience. This position requires collaboration with QA, development, and customer communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical support or system administration
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Deep understanding of operating systems (Windows, OSX, Unix/Linux)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with security products - firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, virus scanning
