Sales Engineer SLED

Fortinet is seeking a Systems Engineer, SLED to support the sales organization in technical matters, including pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales. The role focuses on providing technical support for identified accounts, with a strong emphasis on network applications, security, and training. This position reports to a Systems Engineer in a defined territory.

Requirements

• 5 – 8 years experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer aligned with SLED accounts in Ohio
• 5 – 7 years experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration
• Proven understanding of DNS and NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP
• Knowledge of routing, switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Intrusion Detection, and Anti Virus
