We are looking for a Behavioral Health Care Manager to join our team at Fort Health. The successful candidate will be an independently licensed clinician with experience working with children, adolescents, and their families. The role involves providing high-quality, evidenced-based mental health care, supporting and coordinating care for patients, and working with a multidisciplinary team. The salary is $35,000 to $40,000 annually, and the schedule is 20 hours a week, 4 days a week.
Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or any other independent licensures
- Licensed independently to practice
- Minimum 1-year of direct clinical experience working with children, adolescents and their families
- Experience and training in delivering brief psychosocial evidence-based treatments
- Experience with care coordination
- Preferred experience working in a team-based healthcare setting
- Strong experience with screening for common mental health disorders and symptom assessment with children and adolescents
- Working knowledge of differential diagnosis of common mental health disorders
- Strong skills in engaging parents and children, developing appropriate treatment planning, and ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a team setting
- Experience using measurement-based care tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience providing telehealth
- Must have reliable, high-speed internet access with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Desire to work with and learn from some of the top child mental health experts in the field
