Technical Program Manager

Formlabs is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead the development of technically complex products from concept to production. The role requires a deep understanding of technical product design life cycles and problem-solving processes, as well as experience in project management, communication, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of technical product design life cycle & problem solving processes
• Ability to apply technical knowledge to drive decision making
• Business-minded and can break down program decisions in terms of dollars
• Passionate about constantly striving to improve schedule and project efficiency
• Ability to work cross-functionally between product, engineering, production, and supply chain personnel
• Experience creating and implementing program management tools
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• B.S. degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline
