Job Description
Join Formlabs as Regional Head of Customer Service for EMEA and APAC. We're looking for an experienced leader to develop a workforce that delivers industry-leading customer support and empower our partners to serve our customers better.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading large scale teams in a Customer Support environment
- Fluency in English
- Successful track record of managing high performing teams
- Strong written and verbal empathetic communication skills
- Data analysis skills (preferably Google Sheets + Dashboards)
- High School degree or equivalent
