Global Head of Fulfillment

Formlabs is looking for a Global Head of Customer Fulfillment to lead the strategy and development of our global fulfillment network, ensuring seamless delivery of our 3D printing solutions to customers worldwide. The role requires a leader with experience in global operations, supply chain, and logistics, as well as a proven track record of optimizing operational efficiency and improving customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in global operations, supply chain, warehousing, or transportation
• Demonstrated success in building, leading, and mentoring high-performing teams
• Deep understanding of end-to-end global supply chain processes
• Proven track record of optimizing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and improving service levels
• Exceptional ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
