Staff Electrical Engineer

Form Energy is hiring a Staff Electrical Engineer to ensure the electrical infrastructure of our manufacturing facilities meets the highest standards of efficiency, reliability, and safety. This role involves creating detailed electrical design packages, driving the bidding process for electrical scopes, and selecting and managing electrical trade partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of electrical engineering experience in large commercial and industrial infrastructure
• Proven experience in electrical distribution design, including 480V and below
• Skilled in detailed design of Medium Voltage and Low Voltage power distribution equipment
• Experience in EPC Environment (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) leading engineering discipline(s)
• Direct experience in the preparation of electrical permit drawings and engineering specifications
• Electrical professional engineer (P.E.) license is a plus
• Ability to prepare and complete electrical deliverables using REVIT MEP is a plus
• Proficiency reviewing and responding to field construction changes (RFIs)
• Exceptional drive, sense of ownership and resourcefulness
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
