Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to join our factory team, focused on the production of our iron-air battery systems. In this role, you will define and drive the strategic New Product Introduction (NPI) plan, develop and deploy key factory operations tools and metrics, and lead the planning and execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) or pilot manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) or pilot manufacturing scale-up
- Proven ability to define, develop, and implement operational tools and metrics for manufacturing and communication
- Expertise in setting product build strategy, sequencing, and prioritization in a dynamic production setting
- Practical experience in coordinating complex technical requirements for product testing and verification on the factory floor
