Job Description
Form Energy is seeking an experienced Senior Global Supply Manager to own the development and execution of its global supply chain strategy for critical battery raw materials. This role is a crucial part of expanding Form's fast-growing iron-air battery manufacturing and partnership with leading electric utilities. The manager will be responsible for establishing sourcing strategies, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring quality materials meet performance and cost goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant category experience in battery raw materials, chemicals, or coatings
- 5+ years of sourcing experience, including supplier management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline
