Warranty Representative

Forest River, Inc. is seeking a Warranty Representative to provide technical support, customer service, and production support to dealers and retail customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing troubleshooting documents and learning product lines from frame to final.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Intermediate computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office programs
• Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV parts, or an understanding of electrical/technical systems
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network
• Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given
• Willingness to learn many different components of a RV
