Job Description
Forescout is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to play a critical role in scaling and securing their Azure-based SaaS platform. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles, with 3+ years of experience with Azure Cloud and its native services. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, security, and compliance teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles
- 3+ years of experience with Azure Cloud and its native services (especially AKS, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Monitor, Key Vault, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for microservices architectures and serverless environments
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm charts, and managing cloud-native workloads
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform
- Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python)
- Deep experience with monitoring, observability, incident response, and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, etc.
- Familiarity with FedRAMP, SOC2, or other security/compliance frameworks (working experience on a FedRAMP-authorized environment is a strong plus)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, security, and compliance teams
