Forescout Technologies is looking for an Advanced Services Engineer to assist customers with technical issues and ensure optimal performance of their products. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Forescout products and enterprise networking environments, with a focus on troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service.

Requirements

• Develop a deep understanding of Forescout products and environments
• Provide complex product support to customers and other Forescout employees
• Monitor and manage Support Services cases
• Achieve a high level of expertise in all areas of the product
• Liaison to Engineering on product issues
• Administer and mature a customer enterprise deployment of the Forescout solution
