Forcepoint is a cybersecurity company that simplifies security for global businesses and governments. The company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive strategic cybersecurity software sales into large BFSI accounts in the Mumbai region.
Requirements
- 15+ years of total experience in enterprise sales
- Minimum 8 years of quota-carrying cybersecurity OEM or cybersecurity-focused software sales experience
- Proven success selling to BFSI customers in Mumbai region
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solution areas such as data security, network security, cloud security, identity & access, or threat protection
- Strong executive presence and ability to conduct strategic conversations with CXOs and senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated record of achieving and exceeding annual sales quotas consistently
- Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles and navigate large enterprise procurement processes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
