Commercial Counsel

Forbes is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join its growing Legal Department. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in contract, transactional/commercial law, and the media and/or entertainment industry.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• Attorney in good standing licensed to practice in New York or New Jersey
• Ability to manage a high volume of projects from multiple sources simultaneously

Benefits

• Annual base salary range of $160,000 - $175,000
