Solutions Engineer

Forage is building the modern payments stack that powers inclusive commerce. We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to help prospective customers understand how to integrate with Forage and tailor technical solutions to meet their needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing engineering role
• Demonstrated experience helping engineers understand and integrate with API-based software products
• Executive engagement skills and presence
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Interest in building feedback loops and systems to help Forage learn from customers and continuously improve our products
• Experience using programming languages such as Python and JavaScript, as well as data analysis using SQL, to solve real-world business problems
