Job Description
Foodtastic is a leading restaurant company in Canada, looking for a Senior Financial Planning Analyst to support its FP&A function with traditional financial planning work and technical automation projects.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in FP&A, corporate finance, financial data analysis, or related analytical role
- University degree in finance, accounting, economics or other related field
- Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas) - will be tested
- Python: Data manipulation (pandas, numpy), automation of recurring analyses, statistical modeling (time series, regression, scenario analysis)
- SQL for data extraction and transformation from databases
- Strong understanding of financial statements, variance analysis, and driver-based forecasting
- AI tool proficiency: Uses AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) as a core part of daily workflow for coding, process automation, and analytical work.
