Job Description
Fooda is seeking a Dining Manager in Salem, NH, to oversee the daily operations of a single cafeteria location. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient and profitable operations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining Fooda's high standards. The Dining Manager will manage restaurant setups, inventory, staff, and financial accountability, fostering a positive employee food program experience.
Requirements
- Love building relationships and enjoy customer service
- Optimistic in the face of problems and capable of finding solutions quickly and effectively
- Very organized and detail oriented
- Background in P/L and comfortable with numbers and data
- Previous account management experience with a focus on enterprise clients
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the capability of managing work independently
- Quick thinking on your feet and no problem is too big or small
- Do not wait for direction and are always looking for ways to improve
- Prior experience in large food service or enterprise catering preferred
