Responsible for setting up, tearing down, and servicing conference and catering events at Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Responsibilities include setting up tables, chairs, and equipment, maintaining meeting spaces, and coordinating with other staff.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently or in team environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with management, staff, and guests.
• Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume catering and convention environment.
