Head of Performance Marketing

Requirements

• Higher education work and thinking level.
• At least 6 years of experience in performance marketing, of which 2+ years in a leading or coordinating role with ultimate responsibility for results.
• Experience in e-commerce is a requirement (prices, margins, inventory, seasonality, and traffic mix).
• In-depth knowledge of PPC, Shopping, Paid Social, GA4, Meta Ads, Tag Manager, and feed management (such as Channable).
• Analytically very strong; experience with BigQuery or comparable data platforms and translating data into investment choices.
• Experience with budget management and steering on business-critical KPIs such as ROAS, POAS, and CM2.
• Communicatively convincing and strong in cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Demonstrable affinity with CRM, lifecycle, and loyalty; you think full funnel and steer on CLV.
• You challenge agencies and specialists at level and switch smoothly between strategy, prioritization, and hands-on optimization.
