Senior Customer Success Manager

Foley is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to own relationships with their largest mid-market customers. The role involves driving adoption, ensuring renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and delivering measurable business value. The Senior CSM will act as a strategic advisor and advocate for customer success, contributing to company initiatives and collaboration within the CS team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS environment
• Strong track record of driving retention, reducing churn, and achieving NRR targets
• Ability to build trusted, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing
