This role involves troubleshooting, resolving user issues, managing IT assets, and collaborating with other teams to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.

Requirements

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT help desk requests through Zendesk
• Build and deploy standard desktop images
• Maintain and track IT assets
• Manage user account lifecycle tasks
• Support SSO and SaaS access enablement
