HR Co-ordinator

We are looking for an HR Co-ordinator to join our People Team, providing HR support and employee experience, data, systems, and reporting, learning and development, and wellbeing. As an HR Co-ordinator, you'll be a key member of the team, providing timely solutions, guiding employees through our people processes, and helping create a consistently positive experience for everyone.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar HR/People role
• Degree-level education or CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent
• Working knowledge of HR best practice, HR operations, and UK employment law
• Able to handle sensitive information confidentially and exercise sound judgement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, active listening, and ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
