ENL Teacher (High School)

Requirements

• NYS Certification in ENL or ESOL
• Master's Degree in Education or related field (preferred)
• Experience teaching ELL students in a high school setting (strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of second-language acquisition, culturally responsive teaching, and differentiation strategies
• Demonstrated success in diverse or urban school settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfort using educational technology (SMARTBoard, student laptops, etc.)
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and social justice in education
