Focus Group is looking for a Solutions Engineer in the Aberdeen area to join our growing team in Scotland. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be the technical expert our clients rely on, leading project implementations, troubleshooting complex issues, and mentoring other engineers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT & Telecoms support or delivery roles
- Subject matter expert-level knowledge in at least one of these areas: Networking, Voice Systems, Server & Storage, Cloud Technologies
- Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
- A full UK driving licence and flexibility for occasional overnight stays on larger projects
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and a genuine passion for staying ahead of technology trends
