2nd Shift - Process Technician

The Process Technician role is responsible for setting up and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations. Requirements

• Maintain a safe work environment
• Develop the molding process for each tool to run optimum cycle times while producing high quality products that meet the standards of the customer
• Improve Quality of Products molded through improvements to the molding process
• Reduce costs through reduction of scrap rates on each tool
• Work with Operations and Engineering to make specific recommendations on details of NEW tooling construction
• Partner with Operations and Engineering to recommend modifications to tools to improve the molding process
• Assist the operators with packaging concerns
• Set up and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
• Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently
• Work closely with production teams to ensure that equipment is set up to meet production needs
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
• Responsible for following plant specified job specification, task list and completion of all requirement paperwork
