Benefits Analyst - FMOL Health System

This Benefits Analyst role involves assisting with the implementation, administration, and maintenance of all benefit programs within the FMOL Health System. The role requires research, analysis, reporting, data collection, and communication with employees and external stakeholders. The analyst will work directly with the benefit enrollment process and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Research, analyzes, designs, and maintains benefit programs and projects.
• Develops special reports to meet management requests.
• Develops special reports to meet management requests and actively participates in reporting related to benefit programs.
• Works Closely with the askHR Performance Center Team.
• Demonstrates and encourages positive communication and interpersonal relationships.
• Recommends process/customer service improvements, policy changes, and/or major variations.
