Senior Payroll Analyst

FLYR is seeking a Senior Global Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries. The role involves managing payroll operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving process improvements, and interacting with HR, Finance, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a background in international payroll systems.

Requirements

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries in partnership with iiPay, ADP and DEEL.
• Audit payroll transactions and stay updated on legislation changes.
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Act as a primary point of contact for payroll-related queries.
• Build partnerships with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors.
• Drive process improvements and automation.
• Apply best practices and optimize payroll operations.
