Job Description
FlyAkeed is seeking a passionate UX Researcher to join their growing Product team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on uncovering user needs, behaviors, and motivations through research methods to inform design and product decisions, ultimately enhancing the user experience. The UX Researcher will translate research into actionable recommendations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate concepts and prototypes.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing practices.
- Proven experience with research tools such as Maze, UsabilityHub, UserTesting, or equivalent platforms.
- Skilled in data analysis and storytelling, with the ability to present insights persuasively to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Figma for integrating research findings into design workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
