Job Description
Fluxergy is a rapidly growing in vitro diagnostics company specializing in point-of-care diagnostics for clinical, veterinary, and food safety markets. They are seeking a Senior Research Associate to contribute to the development of new diagnostic assays using diverse detection methods and in various settings. This role involves assay development, microbiology, chemistry, and close collaboration with research teams to improve the Fluxergy platform.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
- 2+ years of related experience
- Hands-on lab experience
- Demonstrated experience of time management and meeting deadlines
- Experience with experimental design, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and observational skills
