Job Description
Fluxergy is a rapidly growing in vitro diagnostics company developing multi-modal point-of-care platforms. The Director of Immunoassay Development will lead the transformation of assay concepts into robust diagnostic products, managing the full product lifecycle from design to manufacturing. They will guide a team, drive cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to innovation within the company.
Requirements
- Lead the full immunoassay development lifecycle from feasibility to manufacturing.
- Translate scientific innovation into design inputs and specifications.
- Oversee design verification and validation (V&V) activities.
- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and Quality teams.
- Ensure experimental design, documentation, and testing meet FDA and IVDR standards.
