Flutterwave is seeking a strategic Pricing Manager to join its Revenue Operations team. The role involves developing and optimizing pricing strategies, models, and initiatives to maximize revenue and improve profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or similar required
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in pricing, revenue operations, or related roles within B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments companies
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Demonstrated experience building pricing models and conducting financial analysis
- Knowledge of pricing psychology, value-based pricing methodologies, and revenue optimization techniques
- Experience with pricing software platforms (e.g., Zuora, Vendr, Apptio, or equivalent)
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication abilities with capacity to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations
- Attention to detail and strong business acumen
