Job Description
We're looking for a Maintenance & Facilities Lead to oversee the maintenance, security, and administrative services of our organization's facilities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, leadership skills, and technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Min. 10 years of proven experience in facilities management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of technical aspects of facility management (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, CNC, EOT, Plasma, building and automation systems)
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Oracle, Epicor and Microsoft Office Suite
- Leadership and Team Management
