Job Description
Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Supervisor - H to lead plant facility and equipment maintenance, supervise engineering personnel, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in industrial operations, maintenance or utilities operations
- Associate Degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology and/or equivalent formal training and work experience
- Completion of formal management skills training program
